Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 10 September 2026

These terms cover the 10X Dealership website and our business services for motor dealerships: dealer management software, implementation, support and any advertising or automation services included in your agreed offer. By accepting an offer or creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business and confirm that you have authority to do so.

1. Who we are and who these terms are for

10X DEALERSHIP LIMITED, trading as 10X Dealership, is a company registered in Ireland. Our business address is Clonmel, County Tipperary, E91 C9R9, Ireland. Contact us at info@10xdealership.com. "We" and "us" mean 10X DEALERSHIP LIMITED; "you" means the dealership or other business ordering the service, including its authorised users.

CRO registration number: 820444.

Our dealership service is offered for business use. These terms do not govern a car buyer's purchase from a dealership and do not remove any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The dealership remains the seller of its vehicles.

2. Your service and agreed scope

The service can include stock and vehicle records, CRM and lead management, documents and invoices, workshop preparation, reporting, website tools, advertising and follow-up. Your accepted offer or order confirms the services, price and any specific commitments that apply to you. A specifically agreed written term takes priority over these general terms for the subject it addresses. A data processing agreement governs personal-data processing where it applies.

Implementation depends on receiving the required dealership information, stock, content, account access and approvals. We agree the practical setup with you; access controlled by another provider may affect timing. A demonstration or preview does not itself activate a paid service, publish an advert or approve your account with a provider.

We improve the product continuously and will tell account holders in advance of material changes to their service where reasonably possible. Urgent security, legal or provider changes may require action sooner; in that case we will explain the change promptly.

3. Accounts and authorised instructions

  • Provide accurate business details and keep your account contact information current.
  • Give each user their own login, assign appropriate permissions and remove access when staff leave.
  • Keep passwords, API keys and access tokens confidential. Only connect accounts you are authorised to manage.
  • You are responsible for instructions given by your authorised users, including enabled schedules, automations, publications and spending approvals.
  • Report suspected unauthorised access promptly to info@10xdealership.com.

4. Fees, billing and advertising budgets

Our standard offer is a monthly service with no long-term contract. The current offer is described on our Pricing page; your accepted order confirms your price and included services. Larger projects or separately requested work must be agreed with you before we charge for them. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. VAT is added where applicable, as shown in your offer or invoice.

Your advertising budget is separate from the 10X service fee and remains under your control. Marketplace subscriptions, paid data checks, messaging or AI usage and other provider charges may also be separate where they are not included in your agreed offer. Any additional charges payable to us must be disclosed and agreed before they are incurred. Charges billed directly by a provider follow your agreement with that provider.

If a payment fails, we will let you know and may retry it. Continued non-payment may result in suspension until the balance is settled. We will give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, and it will not change a period already paid for. Cancellation and any applicable refund rights are described in section 13 and your agreed offer.

5. Connected platforms and APIs

Optional connections may include Meta, Google, TikTok, Autotrader, other vehicle marketplaces, payment services, mailboxes and vehicle-data providers. Availability depends on the feature, your region, your provider agreement and the permissions granted to your account. A listed integration or a saved API key does not mean the provider has approved access or that an advert is live. We do not claim endorsement or partnership merely because a platform can be connected.

  • You authorise the data exchanges and actions needed for the connection and features you enable. Your provider's terms and licence restrictions continue to apply.
  • For Autotrader and similar services, the correct advertiser account, credentials, enabled capabilities and any provider testing or onboarding must be in place before live use.
  • Publication is subject to the provider's checks, available advert allowance and account status. Requests can be delayed, capped or rejected; review the resulting status.
  • Keep prices, availability and sold status current. Check that important changes reach the connected destinations and correct or withdraw inaccurate adverts.
  • Disconnecting or revoking access does not cancel a separate provider subscription, refund its charges or automatically remove content already published there. Complete those actions with the provider where needed; an action already in progress may finish.

We are responsible for operating our part of the connection with reasonable skill and care. We cannot control a provider's outages, policy decisions or changes to its API, but will explain material effects on your service when we become aware of them.

6. Advertising, messages and automated follow-up

You must have the necessary rights to your stock descriptions, photographs, branding and contact lists. You remain responsible for accurate vehicle information, advertised prices and disclosures, lawful marketing permissions and honouring opt-outs. Do not use the service to send unlawful marketing, fabricate customer reviews or make misleading claims about a vehicle or finance offer.

When you enable an automation, you authorise it to carry out the configured actions when its conditions are met. Review its audience, content, schedule and spending limits before activation and when your circumstances change. Your staff remain responsible for customer conversations, vehicle sales and any regulated finance activity.

Advertising results depend on factors including available stock, budget, market demand and your team's follow-up. Your accepted offer should record any agreed performance commitments and how they are measured. These terms do not override an express commitment we have made to you. Examples or forecasts are not guarantees of a particular vehicle sale.

7. AI tools, document extraction and vehicle photos

Where available, AI features can assist with draft text, document extraction, photo editing, video and observations about possible vehicle defects. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Check extracted figures, registrations, document details and generated content against the original before using them in records, adverts, invoices or decisions.

A photograph-based damage observation is not a physical inspection, valuation, roadworthiness assessment or guarantee that every defect has been identified. Keep the source material needed to verify it. Photo or video edits must not conceal material damage or misrepresent the vehicle's condition, colour, equipment or specification.

AI features may send the selected content to an external provider as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit information you are entitled to process and avoid unnecessary personal or sensitive data. Any separately charged usage follows section 4. We do not promise that AI output is unique or free of third-party rights.

8. Your records and personal data

You retain your rights in the vehicle, customer, financial, document and media records you provide. You grant us permission to host, copy, process and transmit those records only as needed to supply your agreed service, follow your lawful instructions, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your records or use them to create our own marketing lists.

You are responsible for the lawful collection and use of the personal data you upload, including information about customers, leads and staff. Where we process that data on your behalf, the arrangement must be covered by an applicable data processing agreement; contact us to arrange it. Our Privacy Policy explains our controller and processor roles, connected providers, retention and rights requests.

Use the available export tools and retain the records your business is legally required to keep. Contact support if you need an export that is not available in the application. A privacy deletion request is separate from subscription cancellation; instructions are available on our Data deletion page.

9. Software and intellectual property

We and our licensors retain rights in the software, website and service materials. Your subscription gives your authorised users permission to use the service for your business during the agreed term. It does not transfer ownership of the software or grant permission to resell, copy or white-label it. Your own branding and content remain yours; rights in separately commissioned deliverables follow the applicable written agreement.

10. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service unlawfully or upload material you have no right to use.
  • Do not access another dealership's data, misuse credentials or interfere with the service.
  • Do not introduce malicious code, bypass access controls or probe security without prior written authorisation.
  • Do not sell or redistribute provider data beyond the rights your provider licence allows.

We may suspend access where necessary to address a security threat, unlawful activity, material breach or harm to other users. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and give you an opportunity to put the problem right.

11. Availability and support

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Support is available at info@10xdealership.com and through any channels agreed with you. We aim to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We plan maintenance outside Irish business hours where possible and give notice of planned interruptions. Any specifically agreed service levels remain applicable.

12. Responsibility and liability

The service supports your dealership's work and does not replace legal, tax, accounting, finance or vehicle-inspection advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions, regulatory obligations and statutory record-keeping.

We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or restricts mandatory statutory rights.

13. Cancellation and the end of the service

You may cancel the monthly service at any time, without a long-term commitment, through the subscription management tools or by contacting info@10xdealership.com. Cancellation stops renewal for the next billing period. We will confirm the end date; deleting an individual user or disconnecting a platform does not cancel the subscription. Any refund or credit due under your agreed offer or applicable law remains available.

We may end the agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not remedy the breach within 30 days of our request. The suspension rights in section 10 continue to apply while a serious issue is addressed.

Export the records you need before the service ends, or contact us within 30 days after closure to arrange their return. Normal application access may be limited after closure. Return, deletion and any legally required retention follow our Privacy Policy and the applicable data processing agreement. Cancel or withdraw any connected adverts and provider subscriptions separately where needed.

14. Changes to these terms

We will update the date on this page when these terms change. We will notify account holders of material changes by email or in the application before they take effect, except where an urgent legal or security requirement prevents advance notice. If you do not accept a proposed change, contact us before its effective date to discuss it or cancel renewal. No change overrides rights or commitments for a period already paid for.

15. Governing law and resolving concerns

Contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern about the service. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply. If a provision is unenforceable, the other provisions remain in effect.
